Asher and Cameron immediately made us feel welcome and supported during a very stressful situation. Dr. Gomez was everything you would hope for in a veterinarian —thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. She took the time to validate our concerns, explain Ryder’s condition clearly, and guide us through each step of the process with empathy and professionalism.
Anna, the licensed veterinary technician, was absolutely amazing. She walked us through everything from start to finish, helping us understand what to expect during Ryder’s recovery, how his temperament and behavior might change while healing, what signs to watch for, and what things we didn’t need to worry about. Her reassurance and expertise brought us so much comfort during an incredibly difficult time.
When I think about what excellence in veterinary medicine looks like, this team is exactly what comes to mind. They cared not only for Ryder but also for us as worried pet parents. We felt heard, supported, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.
Thank you for taking such incredible care of our son. We will never forget the kindness, professionalism, and compassion you showed our family.
We were warmly greeted by Asher and Cameron, then met Haley, who made us feel comfortable and gathered all the information we needed. When Dr. Gomez came in to evaluate Ryder, she immediately got down on the floor with him to comfort him before even beginning the exam. Her compassion, patience, and gentle approach meant so much during such a stressful moment.
Ryder was being incredibly stoic, so Dr. Gomez recommended additional testing to make sure nothing was missed. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process. When she called with the results, we were shocked to learn Ryder had three broken bones in his leg.
When we returned, Anna, the Licensed Veterinary Technician, took amazing care of us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and prepared us with everything we needed to care for Ryder at home. She answered every question and gave us confidence during a scary situation.
We were searching for a new vet, and we are so grateful we found Seaview. We’ll be there often over the next couple of months during Ryder’s recovery, and we feel completely confident he is in the best hands. Even though we’re moving to Kirkland soon, we will absolutely continue making the trip to Seaview.
A huge thank you to Dr. Gomez, Anna, Asher, Cameron, Haley, and the rest of the team who cared for Ryder — Kalea, Ryan, and Liza. Your kindness and dedication made an incredibly difficult day so much easier. I would give Seaview 10 stars if I could!
